CleanClip Privacy Policy

Data Collection

CleanClip does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal data. The app does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, accounts, or third-party SDKs.

Clipboard Processing

CleanClip processes clipboard content on your Mac only. When enabled, it monitors the local system clipboard so it can convert copied rich text into plain text and show recent clipboard items inside the app.

Clipboard History

Clipboard history is kept in memory only. It is not uploaded to a server and is not persisted to disk. Clipboard history clears when CleanClip quits.

Local Preferences

CleanClip may store local app preferences, such as whether clipboard cleaning is enabled, the history limit, and Launch at Login preference. These settings remain on your Mac.
